Turn the arcade back to what is was in the 80's. Inside tha arcade there is retail going to waste, a food court going to waste. A restaraunt on the second floor going to waste and how much office space. Its been sittng empty for how many years? Who ever owns it is a D#%& fool for not having it open for business. Downtown Dayton would be a lot better than it is now.
